In the tradition of the coveted painted ostrich eggshells of ancient Nubia, these beautiful scenes are reproduced from paintings by African and international artists. The wonderful black & white coloration is sealed with approximately fifty layers of lacquer. Only unfertilized emptied shells are used; each is unique in size and shape. A wooden stand is included.
